Article 1: Preliminary Provisions

The following terms and conditions govern the legal relationship between Let’s Thrive and the customer, with respect to the sale of E-Books and other digital products. By placing an order for one of our digital products through an online connection, the Customer (1) unconditionally accepts these special conditions, (2) declares that they have fully read and understood these special conditions, (3) agrees to comply with them, and (4) acknowledges their validity as if it were a signed document.

Article 2: Offer, Formation of Agreement, Delivery, Download

Offers and price lists from Let’s Thrive do not constitute any obligation or commitment on the part of Let’s Thrive and may be withdrawn at any time. Apparent mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Let’s Thrive. An agreement is formed when an order confirmation email is sent to the email address provided by the Customer. Let’s Thrive and the Customer expressly agree that a valid agreement is concluded electronically. The absence of a handwritten signature does not affect the binding nature of the offer and its acceptance. Let’s Thrive reasonably assumes that the person placing the order and accepting the offer is authorized and competent to bind the Customer. The delivery of the E-Book takes place when the order confirmation with the link to the E-Book is sent to the Customer via email. By sending the aforementioned email, Let’s Thrive has fulfilled its delivery obligation. If the Customer has not received an email from Let’s Thrive or the link does not work, they should immediately contact Let’s Thrive via hello@letsthrive.online. 

Article 3: Use of E-Books

Conditions of Use: To use and read our E-Books, the Customer must use a PDF reader, like Adobe Reader.

Use of E-Books: E-Books are intended for personal use only by the Customer. The Customer is not permitted to copy, sell, distribute, transmit, translate, display, reproduce, publish, rent, lease, license, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the E-Book in whole or in part. In case of a breach of this provision, Let’s Thrive is entitled to take all necessary measures to restrict or completely revoke the Customer’s rights to the E-Book.

Article 4: Prices and Payment

The Customer is obliged to pay the price stated in the order confirmation they receive in accordance with Article 2 of these Special Conditions. Apparent errors, manipulations, or mistakes (such as obvious inaccuracies) can be corrected by Let’s Thrive even after the agreement has been concluded. The purchase of E-Books can be paid by the following methods:

• Bancontact
• Visa
• Mastercard
• Ideal
• Apple Pay

For the processing of online payments, Let’s Thrive uses external professional and specialized partners who manage a payment platform. Let’s Thrive makes every effort to organize online payments in a user-friendly and secure manner while respecting personal privacy. The Customer’s financial information entered in the context of an online payment is exchanged only between the external partner and the relevant financial institutions. Let’s Thrive does not have access to the Customer’s confidential financial information.

Online payments are made using secure protocols. All online payments are subject to the general terms and conditions of the external payment platform operator and/or the card issuer, who is solely responsible for the correct execution of all online payments.

Regarding the handling of online payments as well as the storage and processing of the Customer’s confidential financial information, Let’s Thrive cannot be held responsible or liable under any circumstances.

The purchased E-Book will only be delivered to the Customer once the full aforementioned amount has been paid.

Article 5: Right of Withdrawal
